Ufa Scientific and Production Enterprise Molniya, part of Technodinamika Holding, has successfully passed the first audit for compliance with ISO 9001 and AS/EN 9100 standards.
Specialists from the Russian representative office of Bureau Veritas Certification, a leading independent international certification body, conducted the supervisory audit.

The company reaffirmed the certificate it received a year ago. The areas of certified standards included the development, production, and testing of aircraft equipment, including automatic control systems and electrical ignition systems for engines of different aircraft.

This confirmation again shows how the organization’s quality management system operates in accordance with international standards, which reduces risks and enables the a constant improvement of the effectiveness and efficiency of key processes of the organization.

“Receiving this certificate last year was an important step for the company: it allowed us to increase the competitiveness of our products and improve customer satisfaction throughout the entire life cycle of our products,” said Maxim Kuzyuk, CEO of Technodinamika Holding.  “However, it is important not only to get a certificate, but also to work in accordance with all rules and regulations. Passing the audit demonstrates to our partners and customers that these standards are embedded in the enterprise and are used in its daily practices.”

Today, Technodinamika Holding is using Ufa Scientific and Production Enterprise Molniya as a base for working with the American company Curtiss-Wright Controls to develop an innovative aviation fire protection system.
The international standard EN 9100 Standard AS/EN/JISQ 9100 Quality Management System (QMS) for the aviation industry, which is based on the European version of the international group of standards, is designed to guarantee compliance with the necessary requirements for the quality and safety of products.

The standard is designed for civil, military, and commercial aviation enterprises. The company that complies with the EN 9100 quality management system standards can attain a better position in the international aviation market. The AS/EN 9100 standard focuses on aspects such as strengthening project management, process approach, risk management, configuration, and customer satisfaction.
