For example, process-engineers Yaroslav Piunov and Vitaliy Shatalov from the Znamya Moscow Engineering Plant took first place at the Engineering-Process Faculty with their project "Device for final polishing of surfaces of optical parts with the use of magnetorheological liquid". The Holding's employee Svetlana Klycheva won first place in the TechnoBREAKTHROUGH program. Yuliya Misyura received an award for the best strategy for hi-tech business management in the Business Management faculty. Employees of Start Scientific Production Association did not stay on the sidelines and earned a Certificate of Merit for the best presentation of the "Why engineers need management skills" project.

This year, Technodinamika’s delegation included 36 people from six of the Holding's enterprises (Znamya Moscow Engineering Plant, Start Scientific Production Association, Design center, MPO-Rumyantsev, UAPO, and Hydraulics). As part of the educational program, young specialists made presentations at all faculties of the scientific and practice forum.
The event took place in Chelyabinsk region from July 19 to 26 at the Solnechnaya Dolina complex. The forum organizers included the Russian Engineering Union, the Government of Chelyabinsk region, Rostec State Corporation, Vnesheconombank State Corporation and Zhukovsky Central Aerohydrodynamic Institute. The forum was notable for its highly topical educational and business program with the participation of instructors from leading higher education institutions and enterprise corporate universities. It included master classes, training sessions, and business exercises from Russian and foreign engineers and designers. Depending on the faculty, young specialists attended lectures on production, education, finances and marketing, constructed aircraft mockups, and prepared investment projects.
The Engineers of the Future Forum has been recognized as a unique platform for sharing professional experience between Russian and foreign young scientists, and specialists of industrial enterprises. The forum participants are offered an opportunity to discuss burning issues with executives from the largest industrial enterprises in Russia and with government representatives.
