Specialists from Technodinamika presented their scientific reports at the Future of Mechanical Engineering in Russia conference. The studies of the young scientists were aimed at import substitution in manufacturing and the creation of new competitive products.

Employees from Respirator Research and Development Enterprise of Technodinamika Holding company presented their reports at the conference of young scientists on the Future of Mechanical Engineering in Russia. The event held in Bauman Moscow State Technical University was supervised by Sergey Chemezov, Chairman of the Union of Russian Mechanical Engineers, CEO of Rostec State Corporation; Vladimir Gutenyov, Deputy Chairman of the Industry Committee of the Russian State Duma; Anatoly Aleksandrov, Rector of Bauman Moscow State Technical University.

The company's young scientists presented scientific reports on new designs related to the practical implementation of the reduced friction effect (wearless friction effect). The specialists presented to the professional community a method for reducing the impact of deformation zones in components, a report on import substitution of foreign-made process lubricants and the results of using new metal plaque lubricants designed by Respirator. Their use significantly reduces tool wear, improves the quality of the resulting surfaces and shortens the processing time. The enterprise has recently patented this design. The paper describing this work was submitted to a contest held by the Russian Academy of Sciences, which provides for the award an RAS medal and the 2015 Prize for Young Scientists.
