Technodinamika Respirator’s designers of scuba diving equipment and Leonov RGS’ underwater research team to hold a joint master class for gifted schoolchildren, the winners of the contests on scientific and technical creativity and natural sciences. A hands-on master class on diving equipment with solving a business case will be held in the scope of the Motion Technology cluster at the All-Russian Forum “Future Intellectual Leaders of Russia.”

Technodinamika Holding, part of the Rostec State Corporation, has become for the second time the official partner of the forum “Future Intellectual Leaders of Russia,” which will take place from November 21 to 24, 2016 in Yaroslavl. This time the holding will be represented by designers working for NPP Respirator, its leading developer of respiratory equipment, and members of the underwater research team at the Russian Geographical Society (RGS) named after cosmonaut Alexey Leonov.

At the forum, the divers who have set several world records for ice diving will hold a hands-on master class and give a lecture, while Technodinamika designers have prepared a business case for children associated with the evolution of a new product in the diving market.

The SHAP-R air-breathing apparatus, a Russian development for divers, will be exhibited at the Forum’s technical laboratory. It is able to flawlessly work under extremely high/low temperatures and heavy pollution conditions through innovative solutions for the pressure regulator with a dry air-bleed system and breathing valve design, which enables rescue operations, for  example, in case of oil spills.
Annually, the Forum “Future Intellectual Leaders of Russia” gathers gifted schoolchildren from all of 85 entities of the Russian Federation, among which are the winners of international and Russian contests and competitions on scientific and technical creativity, the inventors and patent holders. More than 500 children will take part in the event this time.
