The single continuous production line principle is to organize lines where production is concentrated in one section, with blanks and finished parts entering and exiting the line at the same point. This will improve visibility of the manufacturing status, make part-waiting time, logistical itineraries, and production cycle shorter, and reduce the number of defective products.

By implementing this project, we expect to reduce lead time, inventory levels, and the cost of production. The new approach makes the planning process more precise and transparent and increases the productive capacity four or five-fold.

"Thanks to a shorter production cycle at our enterprise, production lines will enable us to make a better use of process equipment, reduce the level of current assets, and improve operational efficiency to fill the growing number of orders in time," said Deputy CEO in Charge of Technical Development Alexander Kosov.
