"We were able to achieve these results for a number of reasons," said Maxim Kuzyuk, CEO of Technodinamika. "First of all, the commitment of the company's top management, then the involvement of managers and employees in the search for solutions to reduce costs, as well as the implementation of a performance monitoring system. We want to achieve similar results across all our holding's enterprises."

In January 2015, the management of Technodinamika decided to prepare and implement anti-crisis plans in the holding's enterprises. This led to the introduction of monthly progress reviews on implementing plans to cut costs, reduce inventories, increase output, and improve the accuracy of planning.
