Igor Nasenkov, first deputy head of KRET Concern since 2009, has been appointed CEO of Technodinamika. Technodinamika is engaged in the development, production and after-market service of systems. The holding company is the leader in the Russian aircraft component market. It manufactures components for 19 systems, which make up to 18% of the cost of any aircraft.

Maxim Kuzyuk, who headed the company since 2012, has been offered the position of Managing Director of Rostec State Corporation.

According to Rostec CEO Sergey Chemezov, Technodinamika has shown multifold increase in all key indicators over the last four years: since 2011, its revenue has grown 1.7 times, net profit – 10 times to 2.1 billion rubles at the end of 2015. Since 2012, the company’s dividends have risen 12 times to more than 214 million rubles at the end of last year.

“The task facing Igor Nasenkov is to effectively integrate into the international aviation industry and become a partner for the world’s leading aircraft companies," said Sergey Chemezov.

At the moment, the holding company is implementing its growth strategy, according to which Technodinamika should be among the world's top five leaders in competences by 2020 To achieve this goal, the company faces the following tasks: to occupy 50% of the CIS market and become a world-class component supplier, become the integrator of 15 aircraft systems for all types of aircraft, modernize its production facilities and establish centers of technological and industrial competences, as well as implement international quality standards.

In addition to developing the holding’s strategy and achieving high performance indicators, Maxim Kuzyuk initiated the establishment of the Design Center in 2014 to develop systems integration competencies and enter foreign markets. The Center is engaged in R&D projects, which must meet or surpass their counterparts worldwide. Among them are a crash-resistant helicopter fuel system, a unified fire protection system and many other projects being at approval and testing stages. The landing gear for the Yak-152, suitable for all types of landing strips, has been developed and shipped.

Igor Nasenkov was born on October 2, 1975 in Naberezhnye Chelny, Republic of Tatarstan.

He graduated from the Kama Polytechnic Institute with a degree in economics and business management. It has attended a number of professional training courses, including the advanced training course “Management of the reformed enterprises in the defense-industrial complex” at the State University - Higher School of Economics and in 2015 at the Military Academy of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces. Candidate of Technical Sciences. He holds MBA and DBA degrees.

He started his career in Kogalym in 1997 as head of the marketing department at the Beloretsk Iron & Steel Works’ subsidiary. From 2000 to 2005 worked as engineer, auxiliary operations manager, and later Director of the Procurement Department at JSC KAMAZ - Metallurgy. In 2005 was appointed commercial director of Avtopribor Plant, the city of Oktyabrsky, Bashkorkostan. In 2008, became Adviser to the Minister of Property Relations, Natural Resources and Forestry of the Amur Region. In the same year, he held the post of the First Deputy Minister of Economic Development, Industry and Energy of the Amur Region. Since 2009 to December 2016 has served as the First Deputy CEO of KRET Concern.
