Output per employee was RUB 1.077 million. The improvement in these indicators was achieved by higher production volumes and optimization of manufacturing process. By the end of this year, the company expects to virtually double its output per employee.
"In 2014, the enterprise invested more than RUB 100 million of its own funds in its development, including RUB 21.6 million for targeted programs in 2014," said Maxim Kuzyuk, CEO of Technodinamika. "This allowed it to expand production capacity. In addition, the company increased its order book, which naturally led to higher revenue."
