Landing gear systemsTechnodinamika develops and produces landing gear for all types of aircraft. In R&D we utilize integrated design process within the unified hardware and software suite. It allows us to estimate the product performance at all stages of development and to run “virtual testing” with significant cost and time reduction in the design work and significantly increases design work quality.
In 2015 we presented new breakthrough technology - electrical ground taxiing system for the landing gear of narrow body aircraft. Electric drive allows aircraft taxiing without starting the main engines, reduces fuel consumption by up to 4%, decreases engine maintenance cost and lowers risk to damage engine while taxiing. Moreover, the use of electric wheel drive allows the aircraft to pushback fully autonomously, which reduces waiting time and gate and apron congestion.
Technodinamika has designed, manufactured and delivered a prototype landing gear for the new Ka-62 helicopter. Ka-62 innovative landing gear solution combines shock absorption and retraction functions in a single assembly. The single cylinder design ensuring shock absorption at landing with retraction/extension features reduces dimensions despite complex component layout. The new landing gear meets landing requirements for helicopters with a high vertical speed landing in offshore applications.
To allow for higher take-off weight up to 220 tones, we redesigned the landing gear for the modernized Il-76Md-90A aircraft. The use of new more reliable materials and modern design and testing enabled us to meet the customer requirements.
